Cassandra Angus
Founder, Kinesiologist and Trainer
Cassandra's passion for movement began early, thanks to a youth circus program where she discovered the joy of performance and physical challenge. That experience sparked a lifelong fascination with how the body moves, adapts and heals, and eventually led her to study kinesiology.
During her degree, Cassandra was a passenger in three separate car accidents within 11 months. The final one left her with chronic pain and severely limited mobility, delaying her graduation and drastically shifting her relationship with movement.
Recovery took eight years of trial, therapy and persistence. It was not easy, but it taught her empathy, resilience, and how to truly listen to the body. Today Cassandra still maintains her own rehab plan, using that lived experience to guide her practice as a kinesiologist and trainer.
She knows what it feels like to start from zero. That is why she is passionate about making your recovery or fitness journey supportive, empowering, and never intimidating.
